This rules system is primarily based on a “common sense” principle. Please follow the spirit of the rules. Not the text as written. If you think something is against the rules, please take your time to read through these again, or feel free to ask a staff member if it is appropriate.

Due to how specific our rules can get because of certain mod quirks, we unfortunately have to ask for a few minutes of your time to read through them. Happy days!

Our Number One rule is and will stay that you should treat all members with kindness and respect.

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of personal attacks will not be tolerated.

Rule 1: No Cheating in anyway.

Rule 2: Voice and Text chat are to be kept PG-13 at the max and free of extreme slurs.

Rule 3: Claims.

Rule 4: Chat Spam, Advertising or other disturbing types of messaging.

Rule 5: Griefing and disruption of landscape.

Rule 6: PvP Related Handlings.

Rule 7: Shop Claims.

Other Terms:

• Building and using contraptions that use cheeky Create ways to instantly break blocks, including but not limited to disassembling contraptions to break the blocks in place, etc., is not allowed. Keep in mind that this design comes in different shapes and sizes, and all of them can be counted for this. If you’re unsure if your contraption is allowed, feel free to just ask.
• Alongside that, building Chunk loading mechanisms, or using any exploit/general way that allows you to keep your chunk loaded, is not allowed. This includes going AFK, although weak automatic action is already taken against this.
• There is an AFK kick timer. You have 5 minutes of AFK time before you are kicked. If you are suspected of using an auto clicker or any other method to stay in the game while not at your computer, you will be banned from the server. This ensures fair play and server performance by preventing players from gaining advantages or occupying slots while inactive.
• This server is only available for people whom own a copy of Minecraft: Java Edition. Cracked or illegally obtained accounts are not allowed here to comply with the Minecraft EULA and Discord’s TOS.
• This server is no longer 13+, but to join our Discord server, you must be 13+ to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Buying a shop claim should mainly be used for Shops, don’t buy a shop claim if you plan to literally only use it to build your farms on because they are always loaded.
• GunjiCord or Tiazzz alone have the right to change these rules as they may see fit and by playing on the server you agree to adhere to these rules and terms. It is the player’s own responsibility to check in on this page every so often as to not get confused by “sudden new rules.”
